Healthy Vegan Tacos!

Here is a simple, light, and affordable meal that will leave you full of energy and a satisfied appetite.

*All Items are Vegan & Organic

  • Corn Shells (white or yellow)
  • Red Pepper Hummus from Trader Joes (I use this as the base – gives a vegan cheesy flavor!)
  • Lentils (you can use blackbeans instead)
  • Vegan BBQ Sauce (I get the natural bbq sauce from Trader Joes)
  • Ripe Avacado (or I sometimes use Costco’s natural quac)
  • Organic tomatos (diced)
  • Sriracha (It’s a must)
  • Cruciferous Crunch (a salad mix: kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, and cabbage. I toss this mix in extra virgin olive oil, salt, and garlic)
